What's Your Favorite Kona of All Time and why? (You don't Even have to have owned it)

My Process 167 was a treat. That bike jumped and cornered so well! I loved how snappy and compact it was.

What are you most looking forward to this season?

What I'm most looking forward to is the digging aspect of the off season. It blows me away to see what gets created every winter and that we can reap the rewards of our efforts in the spring. I'm also wrapping up some long term projects and starting a few new ones! Can't wait to get those wrapped up and the new ones in motion!

What was your favorite track/Race of 2022 (Doesn't have to be in a race) and why?

Personally, it has to be Jerry's newest trail, and why? Because he does it better than everyone, thanks Jerry.

Who has most influenced you?

Any person that takes the time to pick up a shovel in their spare time. I have a voice in my head that is always saying “Don’t go riding, go dig.”

What was the last gift you received?

A Sodastream, haha

If you were a cereal, which would you be and why?

If I was a cereal, I’d probably have to be Honey Bunches of Oats, that’s my all-time favorite.

How would your local coffee barista describe you in three words?

Plain. Simple. Dirty.

Last thing you found?

A potential creek gap to build.

Every ride I try to do something that makes me uncomfortable, but every now and then, it gets scary.

CAN YOU SHARE WITH US ONE HIGHLIGHT AND LOWLIGHT FROM 2022?

Highlight

For me, I can't really pinpoint it to just one thing this past year so why not say whole thing? My spring, summer and fall were spent proving to myself that I could ride and deliver at the caliber of a professional athlete and not as an influencer. I wanted to make sure that being "pro" was what I wanted. I needed to find out for myself, not for the sponsors or clout, but for the passion. What a ride it was!

Lowlight

Blowing up all my truck's front-end bushings and having to let it sit for a while. Poor old thing needs some TLC, and it sucks—driving a commuter every day just isn't the same!
