It shouldn't be news to you that Kona team rider Eddie Reynolds is an absolute weapon on a pump track, and he oozes style at the skatepark on and on dirt jumps. Well, he just fired us through a couple of snaps of his latest Shonky build and it would be rude if we didn't share them with you. You know the drill, hit the link in our profile for the build list and more photos!
Shimano XT cranks, with a 32t chain ring are mated with a 14t rear cog. A Deity Frisco saddle is mounted atop a matching Deity Pivotal seatpost and collar.
The bike rolls on 26" carbon ENVE rims and a Maxxis DTH tire out back and a Maxxis Ikon up front. Stopping power is provided by a single Shimano XTR brake.
DJ bikes take a serious beating and Eddies Deity Black Label 31.8 handlebars and Copperhead stem can certainly handle the abuse. A Chris King Headset ensures the bars are always spinning.
Nothing to see here...
And the build is rounded off with an extremely sexy rad Marzocchi Bomber DJ fork.
