Mickey started riding bikes about two years ago, and quickly found her place among jumps and drops on the trails. She is currently working on looking down the trail and increasing her air time. She loves to follow her teammates in a good old fashion lady train.
While being a full-time student at Western Washington University studying Behavioral Neuroscience is time consuming, she still always tries to find time to ride, dig, and be an active part of the mountain biking community. Mickey constantly inspires everyone on the team with her goal-driven persistence and ability to self-motivate. It's hard to lose her on the trail due to her constant hootin’ and hollarin’! She’s famous for screams, laughs, and encouraging words.
She is always making progress with her riding and we are excited to see where she takes her riding in the future.

FAVORITE MOMENT OF 2017
During 2017 I crashed into a tree on my mountain bike and broke my arm. 7 weeks later the cast was removed and I took my trusty steed for a ride through our local Bellingham trails on Galbraith mountain. After being off the bike for so long, I fell in love with mountain biking all over again. This day reminded me of how lucky I am to have health, friends, and bikes. It’s amazing how much you appreciate something once it’s been taken away from you. This was my favorite moment of 2017.
