COLOMBIAN KONA RIDER MARCELO GUTIERREZ WINS PAN AMERICAN DH JUNIOR TITLE

Marcelo Gutierrez from Manizales, Colombia, won the Pan American DH junior title. He not only beat the second place finishing rider by 10 seconds, but had the second best time during the competition (including the elite riders), and lowered the course record by 4 seconds on his practice runs. Keep an eye out for this kid, who at his scant 16 years of age is beating world class riders.
