Day 1. Wednesday Aug 12

Arrival in Whistler. This is day of the Air Downhill. Most likely done by 5 p.m. After check in - your choice of accommodation - come to the Garibaldi Lift Company at the base of the Bike Park by 7 p.m. for a welcome reception - meet fellow Kona riders, get a briefing on the week's events, let us answer any questions, soak in the buzz of Crankworx, enjoy a beverage.

Day 2 Thursday Aug 13

• 9 - 9:30 a.m. Meet Whistler Mountain Bike Park instructors at base of Bike Park. Get your bike. Equipment overview and inspection. Split into groups based on ability and interest.
• 10 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. Guided instruction in Bike Park.
• 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Enjoy lunch. Either on your own or use the lunch voucher provided for discounts at either the Garbanzo Bike and Bean - take out deli style or the Garibaldi Lift company - full service dining at the base of the bike park. Lunch voucher excludes alcohol.
• 1:30 - 4 p.m. Guided instruction in Bike Park.
• 5 - 7:30 p.m. View the VW Trick Showdown contest. Numbers permitting yours may be the best seat in the house - the Kona VIP deck.
• 7:30 p.m. and on... we'll do our best to get you in to an invitation only industry insider Crankworx party - numbers permitting. Time and location tbd.

Day 3 Friday August 14

Same as Thursday- two sessions in the Bike Park with lunch in between.

• 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. Take in the Giant Slalom event.
• 7:30 p.m. on... the night is yours. Crankworx offers live entertainment in a number of Whistler Village venues.

Day 4 Saturday August 15

• 9:00 a.m. - Meet at base of Bike Park. Morning ride through Whistler valley bike trails - River Runs through it, Kill Me Thrill Me, Lost Lake etc..
• 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch.
• 1:30 - 4 p.m. More riding the Bike Park.
• 5:00 - 7 p.m. Monster Energy Slopestyle Competition. This is the big night. Yours could be the best seat in the house - the Kona VIP deck. Numbers dependent.
• 7:30 - the night is yours to enjoy

Day 5 Sunday August 16

• 9:00 a.m. Meet at base of Bike Park. Riding and viewing of the Canadian Open Downhill.
• 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
• 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. An opportunity to ride with Kona Clump riders - two time Crankworx winner Paul Basagoitia and Graham Aggassiz and take in Crankworx final event Canadian Open Downhill
• 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Event wrap up.
• Post Crankworx Kona wrap-up BBQ. Time and location to be determined.

Day 6 Monday August 17

• 9:00 a.m. Meet at the Bike Park for a ride off the Peak Chair
• Lunch at the Roundhouse
• Your night free.

Tuesday, August 18th

• 9:00 a.m. Meet at the Bike Park: open format riding, park, trails, peak. Possibility of riding some out-of-bounds trails.

Wednesday, August 19

• Depart.
