This has been your most consistent and best finishing year so far. What do you attribute it to:
Getting older, smarter and faster, plus learning that I can actually contend for the victory

A couple of races last year yo u had a few minor mistakes cost you a victory. Did you think about that in the off season:

A little, I thought about it most the week after they happened, but I learn lessons quickly and dont fixate on mistakes

The World Cup mountain bike in Europe is going to be new for you. What are your goals for your first season.
Try and and break my way into the top 20 and once I have descent start position, into the top 10

You love to race bikes no matter what kind but is there a discipline you could call your favorite:
In the spring I would say MTB, and in the fall I would say CX

Can you call out a single career highlight and why:

Winning STXC Nationals in 2006. It was pretty unexpected and rad

What's it mean to you to be riding for the Kona:

I fell super lucky to involved with such a relaxed professional team that treats me like an adult and respects me enough to let me get my job done with out being overly controlling. Plus I get to ride the best bikes out there, so that is a real bonus.

Do you know what an 8-Track Tape is? If you did what got the most play time:
I know what they are, but I was a cassette kid, mostly new kids on the block and prince

How do you keep up with the Red head:
I have amazing stamina

Has anyone ever made you pee your pants laughing. If so when.

Nope, that is gross

Does the Santa Cruz climate make it easier to train or is that a myth:
It is definitely easier to get out for 5-6 hr training rides when it is 50 degrees and sunny as opposed to 40 and raining, but all those years in Oregon made me appreciate how easy I have it now.

What's your favorite number and why:
5, cause that is my race number this year

Can you really moonwalk:
Maybe...

Last Words:
You only live once!
