Park Description: While Vermont has been described as the bike rider’s dream, Killington provides the lift service via the K-1 Gondola, trail system and services that bring together all the components necessary in one convenient venue. The North and South side of the Mountain are intertwined in the web of the K-1 Gondola for easy and fast lift access.
The South Side: Expansive and long, riders will experience endless views and a wide variety of terrain for novice and expert riders. Long Novice (Green Circle) trails parallel Blue Square, Single and Double Black Diamond trails to return riders to the K-1 Lodge Area.
The North Side: Traveling from Killington Peak through the North Ridge area, Snowdon, and into Rams Head, riders experience long and challenging rides. You may find Green Circle trails here in the winter, but two wheeled riders find only Blue Square, Single and Double Black Diamond trails in the Summer Season.
Overall: 1,700 feet of vertical drop and over 45 miles of trails, bring together a venue that is convenient and thrilling for Novice to Expert alike.
While we strive to maintain our Cross Country heritage, new trails, redesigned trails, and trails on the drawing board, provide the design and challenge that are “Big Bike” friendly. Surfaces range from gravel road, double track, single track and adrenaline.
As a Kona “Groove Approved” Mountain Bike Park, Killington offers a full rental fleet of Kona trail, freeride and downhill mountain bikes, including the Kona
